Citizen's Charter
    The Officers and Employees of the Sogod Water District hereby oath to provide safe, potable, affordable, adequate and continuous water supply throughout the Municipality of Sogod.

    We, the Officers and Employees of SWD, oath to bring out the best service in the most efficient and effective way possible to all the concessionaires of the Sogod Water District.

    We also promise to do our very best to fulfill the demands and needs of our clients and to readily accept any comments or suggestions from them.

    Above all, we pledge to be transparent in every transaction we give to our clients and to treat every client with utmost respect even at times of pressure.
For suggestions and comments on our services, please drop any suggestions or comments in our suggestion box located at the Office Collector’s Counter. This would help us in improving our services so that in the future we will be able to serve the concessionaires in the most effective and efficient way possible. We are giving our assurance that the suggestions or comments will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
REDRESS MECHANISM
    Sogod Water District’s Officers and Employees is required to provide the most effective and efficient service to its concessionaires. At all times, we do our best to satisfy the demands and requests but, due to other circumstances that is beyond our control, there maybe times that we failed to provide and fulfill the necessary services requested from us.
